He has led organizations by maximising their strengths and achieving their full potential through strategic workforce and organizational development.
Hiromu Anzai
Senior Director, Corporate Affairs
Hiromu Anzai started his career at The Nippon Credit Bank and worked for 10 years. He moved to Mercer and managed the government business.
He then started his own business, served as director of a consulting company and head of new business for a listed company before joining TG Japan.
Xu Ying

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Xu Ying has worked across a broad range of areas including recruitment, labour management, and HR system design.
